Russian Imperial Stout is a strong dark beer style that was brewed in the 18th century in London for export to the court of Catherine II of Russia. It has a high alcohol content, usually over 9% abv. Our Russian Imperial Stout was brewed in the English tradition with UK fuggle hops and aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for four seasons. The stout was brewed at a strength of 9% abv and aged 3 months in stainless before put in the barrels for a year. 10.5% abv.
